InDesign to iPad | Course Overview

Course Description

Learn how to use InDesign CS6/ CS5 and the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite to produce interactive publications for the iPad. Techniques taught include: building panoramas, using 3D viewers, incorporating video and audio, animation and linking to online content. Ideal for producing eMagazines, online Annual Reports, How-tos and Course Materials etc. This class is taught by one of the few Adobe Certified DPS Instructors in Australia.

What You Will Learn

How to create a Panorama using third party software, How to create an image sequence
Creating source documents in InDesign, Linking to the web, Linking to Articles
Adding interactive objects, Making Folios with Folio Builder
Previewing and testing on the Desktop Viewer, Uploading to the Digital Publishing Suite
Previewing and Testing in Adobe Content Viewer, Making Folios available for download

Prerequisites

Students should have either completed the 2 day InDesign Essentials course or be confident with InDesign's print publishing procedures, such as using Master Pages, linking Text Frames, creating and editing Paragraph and Character Styles and working with Images.
