Question 1.
I am unsure of my level of experience and whether I should be attending
an Intermediate/Advanced Course. How do I assess my skill to determine
if I am ready, or, perhaps I should undertake the Essentials Course?
Answer: We have prepared a Quiz for each of the Courses go to the side navigation "Tests". You can complete at your leisure. We do require that a pass is achieved prior to booking into an Intermediate/Advanced Course.
Question 2:
Is the information on your web site current?
Answer: Yes, we update our web site weekly. We ensure the most recent information and details are displayed for our clients and visitors.
Question 3: Do you have Macs or PCs in the training rooms?
Answer: We have both, so let us know what your preference is and we will provide that for your training.
Question 4:
If I am not able to attend a course and have to cancel what are your Terms
and Conditions?
Answer: Any Transfers, Non-Attendance or Cancellations must be notified within 5 working days of course commencements or incur 100% of the invoice amount.

We are a registered charity, do you offer any discounts?
Answer: City Desktop Training proudly supports many charities and we understand your budgetary constraints and would welcome your call to see how we can assist you.
Question 6:
Do I receive a Certificate after completing a training course?
Answer: Each attendee receives a Certificate with their name, dates and course type upon completion of training.
Question 7:
Do you provide any training materials?
Answer:
Each course attendee receives either a "Visual Quickstart Guide" or "How
To Reference" book as after course reference material.
Question 8:
Do you provide lunch?
Answer: Lunch is not provided. We are centrally located in the city allowing enough time in the break to venture to cafes or food halls near by. We do however provide morning & afternoon tea.
Question 9:
Following my training do you offer a support service?
Answer: City Desktop Training offers:
— 6 to 12 months free refresher attendance (12 months for package deals) and
— 12 months telephone/ email support
