Each client is given a user name and password and can view and update their personal details used by our company. Clients can also select their areas of interest, enabling them to control the information they receive from City Desktop Training. Persons who do not wish to receive these communications should notify us by email and their names will be deleted from our client list.
If you log onto the website and read or download information our Internet Service Provider/Hosting Provider, will record your server address, domain name, the date and time of your visit to our site, the pages viewed and the information downloaded. This information is used for statistical and web site development purposes only.
We can also determine if you emailed any articles of interest to a friend using our 'email a friend' functionality. We record the email addresses of these recipients which may be used for our own marketing purposes.

City Desktop Training Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to all course dates and times without notice. Courses are subject to student numbers. A minimum of 3 students per class is required for courses to commence, and while 85% of all scheduled courses run, it is inevitable that less popular courses will sometimes be postponed.
No refund is available for courses that are postponed due to lack of student numbers although a transfer to a later date will be arranged for any postponed courses. By submitting your booking form, students have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set below. Please read carefully as no discussion will be entered into with regards to course date changes, transfer and cancellation charges.
DISCOUNT COURSES: To receive the discounts on combined, package or group specials, fees MUST BE PAID IN FULL 7 DAYS PRIOR to commencement of first course.
CANCELLATION/TRANSFER/NO-SHOW: Transfers, Non-Attendance or Cancellations within 5 working days of course commencements incur 100% of the invoice amount.
PACKAGE DEALS: Full fees will apply for cancellation within 14 days prior to the commencement of course. Clients cancelling 14 days or more prior to the course will receive a full refund. Full payment is required for Package Deals and a signed application form prior to commencement. There will be no refund after course commencement.
