1. OUR TEAM
Our instructors and staff are dedicated professionals with current industry experience and qualifications in training and assessment. They are passionate, patient and knowledgeable! From your first enquiry or booking, you will be assisted by a dedicated team to achieve your training outcomes.
2. ADOBE AUTHORISED TRAINING CENTRES
City Desktop Training is the only Australian Adobe Authorised Training Centre currently operating. We have state-of-the-art training rooms with both Mac and Windows platforms for you to choose. Software is loaded on the computers ready to go for your training. For online courses, we provide an Adobe license for the duration of your course if you don’t already have one.
3. OUR OWN TRAINING MATERIALS
Most training companies use American training materials, that don’t necessarily teach best practices, shortcuts or apply to Australian standards. Our Adobe Certified instructors have developed our own materials to demonstrate best practice workflows and time-saving techniques. For most courses including online we provide hard copy versions.
4. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We’re grateful and honoured by the feedback we receive about our courses, facilities and instructors, and for that reason, we are confident you will have a great learning experience with us, but if and for whatever reason, our courses don’t suit you, we’ll refund your money in full. Just let the instructor know by midday on the first day of a 2 day course or the morning break of a 1 day course and we’ll organise your refund. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
5. FREE COURSE RESIT
If you get back to the office and don’t use what you’ve learned straight away, know that you can come back and redo your course - or part of your course - completely free within 6 Months. You can also attend your class using one method, but do the resit choosing the other i.e. Attend a face-to-face course, then do your free resit online*. Book your free resit - www.cd.com.au/resit (For public courses only and some conditions may apply. If you attended an online course, you are only eligible to attend your refresher online.)
6. ONE YEAR AFTER COURSE SUPPORT
Do you have any questions or problems concerning the new techniques you’ve learned during your course? Just place your issue on our help desk page www.cd.com.au/helpdesk – and you’ll get the support you need, generally within 24 hours.

Our three city locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are conveniently located in each CBD making it easy to get to using public transport.
